Friends of the Park |

Western Springs Friends of the Park Foundation is a support group that helps underwrite park projects and improvements. The foundation board will be funding only capital improvements projects and will not get involved with operating expense items. The Board will make independent decisions about directing funds to the district, however, the Foundation Board will work closely with the Park Board to help finance capital improvement projects that will be consistent with the District's long-range goals and plans. The foundation's first project was a walking and riding path for Spring Rock Park. President of the Foundation is Ken Sitkowski. |
